Phone, recents, clear all ?

In ios4 when you use the Phone app and check recent calls the button at the top right said "clear all", now there is a non-useful "Edit"-button.

Is there any setting for this ?

NON-USEFUL?!?!?!

This could be my favorite addition!!!!! The ability to erase just one recently called number instead of clearing the entire list. Love it. All other "lists" had that ability - voicemail, texting, email. Recent calls was the only list wherein the ONLY option was to delete NONE or ALL. So happy to be able to choose what I want to delete!

If Apple made this intuitive and intelligent we should be able to swipe single calls and a red delete button would appear + the Edit-button would still be Clear All.

Agreed! There should still be a Clear All. No way should you have to delete one-by-one if you want them all gone.
