phone shuts off randomly after 3.1 upgrade...

My phone keeps randomly shutting off ever since I upgraded to 3.1...

I'll text someone and then put the phone in my pocket and a few minutes later check my phone and it will be completely off... I'll have to hard reboot it every time...

anyone else having these probs?

Yeah, its a big bug. I have the same issue on my iPod touch 2G running 3.1.1
