phonealarm style profile ability with an app on the iphone 3g?

Does anyone know of a way to have phonealarm style abilities on the iphone?

IE: Set custom ringtones to email notification, set times of the day where it vibrates or is completely silent in general?

Also.. i dont even see a way to completely silence the phone (like you could with say the i730 samsung pda)..

I've tried intelliscreen, its not bad, but doesnt really allow you to setup profiles and times of the day where you are in vibrate or silent mode (i cant even figure out how to make the iphone totally silent, it appears to be vibrate or full sound, short of turning off the notifications one by one for things like email etc).

That little silver tab on the side of your iPhone silences it. Or you can go into settings > Sounds and just drag the sound slider down.

Doing that still allows things like email to cause the phone to vibrate etc. That was the beauty of phoneslarm to set profiles

to completely silence the phone just go into settings and turn off vibrate as well as sound.

Yeah phonealarm was a great thing on windows mobile.. half tempted to go buy a mac mini and code a similar thing for the iphone.. it was a huge time saver.. made a phone like this so much easier to get around with.
