iPad Phonto app

I have downloaded the Phonto app on my iPad and I loved it untill I got the symbols up and now I don’t know how to get rid of them. There is no option, no cross, no back button. I have sent a message to support and they are ignoring me. Can someone here please help.

Hmm it’s missing the “font” menu to select another font. Have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?

Did you update Phonto to the latest version? If you want to install any font you want to use not only in Phonto but Keynote, Pages, Amadine, Vectornator, Pixelmator etc. you can use free Fontcase - and the creative flexibility is probably significantly greater with this combo. ? YMMV of course.

I am using the 2019 ipad

I was using it fine and I loved it because of the shaped text, then when I got the symbols up I cannot get rid of them. I had lots of fonts to pick from

I only wanted to do shaped text on a blank sheet and this was perfect for me untill I got the symbols up. Does anyone know of another free app that does shaped text in a circle on a blank sheet and not on pictures only?

I cannot delete the app because the icon is not on my iPad. I have to go into the shop to open it. I have never downloaded an app before that did not show the icon. I cannot delete it when it is not showing………strange
