Photo albums not syncing over devices

Good morning,
I have an iMac, an iphone and an ipad.

All systems are up-to-date and all are connected to the same icloud with the same apple id.

yesterday i imported a lot of photos to my ipad and created several new albums. (I want to mogtte from Adobe Lightroom to Cloud)

the photos got synchronized to the icloud and with this to the other devices but NOT the albums.

The albums I created after importing the photos on my iPad Pro, which I my working device, don’t appear on the other devices.

FYI Shared albums created on my iPas appear on the other devices. It only affects the ”nomal” albums.

I tried a lot from the web which i found but nothing is working.

I made a test which gave the following result:

I created three albums:

One on the iMac.
This album Doesn't appear on the iphone and the ipad.

One on the iPhone.
This album doesn‘t appear on the imac and ipad.

One on the ipad, called ipadalbum.
It doesn‘t appear on the imac and iphone.

After I shot photos to check:

• Photos shot with the iphone don‘t appear in „Recent“ on the iPad and iMac.
• Photos i shot with the ipad appear in „Recent“ on the iphone but not on the imac.
