Is there a way to change the picture in the photo albums on the iPad?

When i sync photo albums to my iPad, the iPad/itunes just randomly selects a photo from the folder and makes that the album thumbnail cover, how can I change this to a photo of my choosing?

Thanks.

If you're using iPhoto or Aperture on a Mac you can set each album with a 'key photo'. For anything else I don't think it's possible, but others here may know otherwise.

Neil.

It appears the iPad displays the photo that has the oldest "date taken" as the album thumbnail. Not sure how you can get around that, but I'll bet someone knows.;)

Edit the exif data of the photo you want set as the key photo to be the oldest time, I guess.
