Photo app corrupts photo?

For some time now, every time I enhance an image with the wand it corrupts my photo. See the blocks in the lower section. Is this a known issue? I can't seem to prevent it.

Help?

The only people who can tell you if it is a known issue are Apple. File a bug report or contact support. bugreport.apple.com

I don't have that issue but even if someone on this forum does, that doesn't mean Apple knows about it.
