Hi all,

I've been a user of Aperture since Aperture 2 and in my business we regularly create photo books for our clients. Aperture has been dying a slow death for a while now and it is our main tool in creating photo books due to the ease of use and also for regular DAM things. Would you fine chaps have some recommendations? I tried LR earlier this year and aside from their photos management (don't like), editing (like), their photo book creation module is quite cumbersome.

Cheers!

Other than super high quality Italian printers using exotic papers, the people I know who make photo books tend to use Blurb. I've been very impressed with the quality of the books I've seen from this platform.

Hi Antoine. Do you have a link for blurb?

My in-laws use Snapfish. I've yet to use it myself but I'm impressed with the books I've seen at their house. The next time I need one I'll be trying them.

Unfortunately, I couldn't realistically use their printing services as they are based overseas it is not economical or timely to wait for their books to ship to Thailand (might also get stopped in customs). Though I'm curious about their BookWright software and also the LightRoom plugin. Anyone has experiences with those?
