What do you think about the prospect of having photo booth on the iphone? i think that it would me a mistake not to include it. I havent seen any mention of it as of yet, so maybe it will fill that last black space on the 3rd row of icons?

Would Skype, either as an application or through interoperability, be included? The apps included are locked downed and Skype seems to...conflict with other products Apple/Cingular want to push.

There's no way ther're gonna sneak a second camera in there by June. As cool as it would be I don't see it happening. iChat A/V over the cell network would be killer, but without 3G it's not possible yet. Maybe 2G or 3G iPhone will have it. I'm becoming less and less hopeful that they'll even bump the ram.

I'm excited for photobooth on the iphone and leopard, because it will most likely have several new effects using core animation.
