Photo caller ID question

I have about 100 photos in my various contacts.

Sometimes when a person calls their face takes up the entire iPhone screen. I like that.

Sometimes, only a little picture of them shows up in the corner. I don't like that.

Anybody know why the iPhone displays large pictures of some people and small pictures of others?

If its directly from your contacts on the Mac it stays small. If you added it or even edited it on the iPhone it will use the big picture. (Click on edit for a contact with a small picture, then click on the image then click edit photo then set photo, it will then be large next time the person calls you.)
