Photo cut/join app?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend an app that let's you not only join two pictures but also cut and then join the pictures.

There are plenty of photo merging/collage/joining apps in the App Store however none let you cut each picture first and then merge them together.

Have you looked at Union?

Yes, Photoshop will do exactly what you want, but it's a tad pricey.

Now that I think about it, did you get SketchBook Pro the other day when it was free? If not maybe look into Express. It's for drawing, but you can import a few pictures on different layers from the camera roll and play with the erasers. It might be better precision wise.

You usually don't erase both, unless you have a third picture.
