iPad Photo deletion „right click“ on iPadOS strange

Hey,

Anybody else noticed the extremely strange Dialoge that goes on if you long press on a photo in the photos app and then choose „delete“? Some strange second delete Dialoge pops up but at another position than the previous one, and then on the current public beta it doesnt even do anything. Ok, it‘s a bug that it doesnt work properly, I get it - but about the animation and this double deletion Dialoge, this is strange no?

What does it mean “correctly placed”? I get one Dialoge, press delete, then the whole menu moves to another spot and that second delete button shows up in the new place. Very irritating... is it a public beta issue or the more or less final design?

the 2nd Delete to confirm the first? does nothing.

should say something different, "Confirm" or anything but why this is done.

It seems to me to be a “Are you sure you really want to delete this photo?” warning. By correctly place I mean the pop-up looks fine to me. Use Select and delete if you don’t like it. Looks fine to me.
