Im not an artist at all that’s the point, i have no artistic talent and don’t have any time or real desire to draw. I just need some outlines of photos I have taken in a digital format so thought that this will be the easiest way as I CBA to print it, trace it and scan it, so if I can just trace/draw straight onto the iPad and it works, its saved me a bunch of effort!
Almost all of them have that functionality. Procreate def has it. Though as an artist I'd recommend drawing from life as you can only develop an original style by drawing real things rather than tracing.

I will look into them, that’s the kinda thing I wanted. I just want it to outline pictures I have taken into simple lines so I can make a simple file and it can be made into a vector file!
All of these applications use layers. Any item on a layer can be individually deleted so it would perform the function you are asking for.
