Yeah But I'm not sure if you add text in the image, I've tried it before but you can't add.

Enlight is a decent editor. By "adding text in the image", I'm assuming you mean superimposing text on top of the photo? If so, it'll do that. Lots of apps can add text, to be fair, but Enlight has more options around transparency and skewing the text than other apps I've tried.
