A few weeks ago I was able to get the exif data of a photo in the native photo app, if I recall correctly I did this by selecting share and the details were in the options that came up.. however, it no longer seems to be there? Has this changed recently or has it changed with iOS 14.4?

I don't recall it as an option. I use a couple of apps that work through sharing - ViewEXIF and MetaMaster.

It isn't available in the built-in native photos app. I don't think I remember ever seeing such an option. :(

Maybe it was a Shortcut you had installed? I use this one and it's similar to what you are describing.

Thanks all for the suggestions, I’ll give them a try. It was definitely there though, it was on my dad’s iPad Pro 12.9 2020..
