Hey all,

I'm going crazy trying to import my pictures from my iPhone to my PC. I've been struggling with this for some time now, I eventually gave up trying and purchase 50 GB of iCloud. But even with that, no way I can import them all at once. I synched my iCloud to my windows, and they created bunch of folder, and pictures all mixed up.. Why is it so complicated Apple ?

Using the import photos and videos from windows seems the best option, if it worked properly. Never does. Going to the DCIM folder and copying all the folders (not the best options since everything is mixed) but even with that, I get an error message after a while.

What are the best options here ? Even if I need to purchase a software to import them, I'll do so. Just want to get these pictures off of my phone!

Thank you!

Have you tried buying a Mac yet?
J/K, it's not much better trying to import to a Mac, either, esp if you store the photos in NAS.

Check iMazing, never had issues with importing photos on both Win and Mac. Regarding DCIM folder, change the setting to "Keep originals" at the very bottom of Settings > Photos and try again. Any luck?
