photo manager app

Looking for a good photo manager app. There are some good ones out there but I have a lot of pictures. When I go and organize them it only lets me select one photo at a time to add to folder. I need a photo manager where I can create a folder, then select multiple photos at a time to add to folder.

Thoughts?
