iPhone Photo Organizer vs PhotoAlbums+ ?

I've used both in the past but most recently photo albums+. Is there one that most people prefer over the other?
Or in their current incarnations does one have any sort of advantage over the other?

I'm using photo Organizet now and for some reason I'm not getting my new albums and pics to stay after an iTunes sync. I have also photo album +. I might give the other a try.

Does photo organizer still work? I bought for ios8 it worked for a day and no longer works. Does photoalbum+ allow for moving photos from camera roll into a new album and still be able to delete the copy in camera roll? That's the one thing I was happy with (and only reason I bought it) on photo organizer before it stopped working for me.

Yes.

I use PhotoAlbums+ and this is one of the reasons I bought it way back with iOS 6. Still works this way – at least on iOS 8.1.2, which is what I am on.
