Photo-stiching app for Ipad

Is there a good app for Ipad that will allow me to stitch together 4 images to make one?

My wife is an artist and we're looking to scan in her paintings using a scanner (with about 2-4 scans) and then (with the app) stitch the 2-4 scans together.

Any good apps to accomplish this?

I looked a few months ago, didn’t find much useful. I ended up using the Mac to stitch, lots of apps there.
