photo stream question

if i share a album on my mac how come that album wont appear on my iphone under photo stream. how do i get it to appear on my phone.

You can't do it I'm afraid.
Only iOS devices can share a photo stream. Then it would show on your iPhone.

Sharing an album iPhoto will just make it available on your local network.
