Photo thumbnails all black!

I synced an event I have on iPhoto to my iPhone today. When I opened photos on my iPhone 4, the thumbnail of every image was black. Then I tried taking a camera shot, and the same happened, the thumbnail of that shot was also black. Is there anyway to solve this? Thanks.
