Photo Uploading Very Slow and Erratic?

Anyone else notice that the uploading of photos to iCloud is slow, erratic and is paused more times than not? Even with full battery, on wifi, plugged in, most of the time I check and it says paused so I have to hit resume to start it uploading again. It's maddening.

All depends on how many photos you are trying to upload. Also how are you looking with iCloud space?

Once everything uploaded initially for me, never seen seen any issues with photos taking a long time to upload.

200tb iCloud storage but the issues happens after a 1-2 day trip where I take 30-200 pics/vids. The issue is it constantly stopping 'to conserve power'. That shouldn't happen when plugged in and on wifi.
