Photo viewing app which shows pics at original size?

Hi, all,

Is there a photo viewing app which will show a picture at it's original pixels? Everything I've come across enlarges the photo to full screen, no matter the actual pixel size. I'm using an iPad pro 12.9.

I haven't been able to find an app so far (other than photo editing apps) which will do what I need. Anyone?
