PhotoFX charges for features I already bought?

So I updated PhotoFX and they removed 2 features that I previously bought with the app. So I would have to buy two new features that I already had before. This is somewhat of a rethorical question but, can they really do that? It just seems kind of shady, I can support them charging for new features that I didn't have before, but not charging for something that I already bought. I know it's only 2 total dollars, but in principal I can't really support the idea. It just seems that Tiffen is screwing over consumers.

Don't purchase thier in-app store for 1$ each FX... Get [app]TiltShiftGen[/app] by Takayuki Fukatsu instead for 1$... It does alot more!

Thanks for the suggestion. I found Mill Colour to be a good free alternative.
