So I have been using Photos to store my pictures and tag faces, and up until now I've been able to move and resize the face bubbles, but now it doesn't let me move or resize the bubbles to tag faces. Has anyone run into this problem/know how to fix it? I tried looking it up but since it's relatively new all I got was instructions on how to use it instead of fixes.

Once the bubbles have been assigned I don't think they can be resized or moved. In other words, if you tag a face, go to another photo, then return to the original photo the bubble is fixed in place. The only solution is to remove it and assign another bubble. iPhoto did a much better job of guessing faces, IMO. Maybe Photos will improve on that with time.

Oh the ones it has can't be changed, but if you click on the inspector you can add faces and usually I am able to resize and move them, but it's not allowing me, even if it shows the option to.

You're right. But if you want bubbles you can resize, delete any suggested bubbles (the ones that can't be resized) and add new ones by clicking the Plus button in the Inspector. They can all be resized and moved. A bit of a pain but it works.

Unfortunately that didn't work :(

It appears it's doing it to me on pictures that don't have any suggested bubbles either. I tried going to ones with suggested bubbles, erasing them, and then adding them myself but it still wouldn't let me use the little adjust knob or move the bubble at all.

The entire app isn't working on my wife's MacBook. It just boots app, spins and crashes.

She's getting close to chucking it through a window (or worse, at my head).

Awful mess.
