iPhone Photos app bug (video link included)

I have a weird bug that i can’t get out of the photo,i cant swipe it off and the back button in the top left doesnt work either, i have to close the app for it to work again. Can please someone confirm if this is occurring on their devices too? It happens quite often and its annoying.
