Is there any way to copy a picture out of photos.app? The Copy menu item is active but it does not do anything. I had been "sharing" images into a new note in Mail.app and then copy it out of the message window but for some reason it stopped working.

If Photos.app does not allow copying (why not????) what should I replace it with that provides the same functionality"

Thanks

I just tested and was able to select the photos I wanted then hit command-c to copy and command-v to paste in whatever app I want. Does that now work for you?

One easy way is to just drag the photo out of the app to the desktop. If this does not work, too, there is something broken with your setup. It should work.
