photos.app problem

Hello, 4 month ago I got a problem with the photos.app (3.00). the "import" doesn't work. When I connect my iphone the import panel is blank. I tried several times. Suddenly it worked well for only two or three times, and when I disconnect the iphone and plug it again it doesn't work. The icloud and dropbox are disabled

and I tried with new library and another iPhone.

Next time that happens, open your Image Capture app, attach your iPhone and then from Image Capture import whatever photos you have. That should get things going again. Also make sure that you can "see" your iPhone from within the Photos app.
