Photos.app Smart Album question

So I want to make a Smart Album of pictures of a certain width, so I can automate the making of a Wallpaper album.

I can't see anything in the Smart Album options for generating a "size of at least xxx" value in the width of the whole Photos.App collection. Is there anywhere else I should be looking? Automator?
