Hello all, I noticed that my iPhone 6 suddenly stopped uploading pics to iCloud sunday morning, I have plenty storage remaining on my phone, macbook, ipad, and iCloud online storage.

When I go into the photo settings on my iphone, it says 40 items left to upload, the the bar moves halfway and then it starts all over. It's been doing that since I noticed it.

I have restarted my phone, closed the app, put the phone to charge just in case it only uploads when the phone is charging (like an iCloud backup) but it still does the same thing.

Has anybody has this problem or has a solution for it?

Thank you

I've experienced the same thing. I just noticed it two days ago when I went to tag photos on my Mac and they weren't there. I checked the phone and it also told me it was uploading (with a status bar that kept changing).

At this point, I've found no fix. I'm just going to import what's on my phone to my Mac, so at least they're moved.

I had to turn off iCloud photo library, get all the photos off my phone, then i turned it on again and everything worked again.
