Photos App - When importing will it pull from subfolders?

When you do an import of images and videos into Photos App if I select a folder that has subfolders will the import process look in the subfolders as well? Or do I have to import from each subfolder one at a time?

Yes, it will allow to select photos to import from the subfolders. If you want to keep the folder structure too in your albums, check "Keep folder organization." This is a very easy thing to test, so give it a try with one of your folders so you can see how it works.
