Where is the Shuffle option for slideshows in the Photo App, this is a basic feature, i don't want to see the same order every time

Besides that annoyance the Ken Burns effect doesn't seem to work, at least not on my iPad 4 it won't.

That works for me but don't feel like seeing the same order of Photos every time

the Ken Burns slide show option appears to run for me however the only thing being applied is a dissolve transition and of course always in the same monotonous order.
