If you take a few pictures with the iPhone camera and then go to the Photos page, it shows one of the photos as a thumbnail agains the camera-roll. If you delete the photo that is shown as the thumbnail, it still continues show that photo as the thumbnail... Can someone check if this is the case as well? Thanks. It looks to be a bug.

My iPhone does it. It used to just show a grey camera image, but now it seems to show a random image from the camera roll. I am not sure if a reset will fix that. I need to move the pics off the iPhone first.
Peace, I tried again and I could not repro the problem myself. Weird. I guess there is some sequence which have to be followed to make it happen. I do not know what I did the first time to repro this then.
