Hi, After I updated my Mac Pro to Catalina my iPhoto app is not shown the left side library buttons as they should, under memories you can look at the screen shut for better understanding my question. please help why is it not showing.... there should be PHOTOS as well under memories.

Did you get change to find a solution since you've posted this?
I can hardly find anything on this searching on google...

My mac is mid 2010 but i have already upgraded the RAM and Hard drive it’s working like a charm, This happened after I upgraded to Catalina, but yes it does affect all my photo libraries. 😔
 
Hmm ok, MacBook Pro mid 2010 here so quite old as well, running Catalina with the patched version from DosDude as it's not supported natively anymore (though it's actually working very well so far with the patch).

@eminemmm I see in your signature that you're using a 2011 MBP. Are you using Catalina as well? If yes I guess you've installed it with the patcher too as it's not supposed to be supported anymore either.

This issue might be related to the unofficial patch I guess... but it doesn't seem to be flagged as known issue on the patcher's website.

I'm gonna see if I can get in touch with the guy to know if he's already seen anything like it.

PS: I'm still running Catalina on version 10.15.1
