Photos dates all screwy

So, I am meticulous on my dates in Photos ... and to my chagrin I see that Photos has decided to change a ton of my images dates taken... to the future!

I'm about to die of an anxiety attack because I'm too old to remember what year some of these were, and we're talking thousands of pictures.

Help? Is this something that has happened to others? 2399, really?! That is even after Starblazers happened!

Do you have any backups? It may be too late for a date fix, but if you value you photos make sure to have a 3-2-2 backup strategy.

Is the EXIF data still correct? Right-click (or Control+click) on any picture in the Photos app and choose “Get Info”.
