If you connect your phone to your windows computer the image and scanner wizard should open. Either that or click on Computer and you'll see your phone in the list of drives. Click into that and then you'll see folders with your pictures inside. From there copy them to a folder on your computer.
 
Or the app called documents me (www.documentsme.com is the site link I think). It allows you to share files between iOS, OS X, Windows systems. I haven't personally used it but I was looking into how to make an iPad more useful to share all types of files and that looked like a great possibility.

More research needed, but maybe something to look into.
 
Thanks! I can't believe I didn't think about this.. It's a shame there's no sync with iTunes. I would love for the sync to be done automaticly everytime I put the iPhone into to dock, like music and everything else.. Maybe something for next iTunes-update :)
