The weirdest thing -
When accessing photos on my iPhone, there are two folders missing from the 'From My Mac' list. On the iPhone sync > Photos > Sync Photos to your device from Pictures (it is accessing the storage location of Mac HD > Users > My Name > Pictures) > Selected Folders - and they are checked as being ones to include, and yet nothing. No issue with similarly selected folders from same location.

I have tried unchecking the affected folders and then syncing, and then re-enabling them and doing the sync again. Still nothing. There is no difference is the folders name format from the others, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what is happening here.

Thoughts?

If understood correctly. When you've syncing photos to iPhone, then they might be removed because some changes were made to originals on the Mac or photolibrary.
The same as with music sync, when all library can be gone for one song because the library aren't available on Mac anymore.

I don't believe any changes to photos within the individual folders. Meanwhile, I again un-checked the folders > sync'd; then renamed the folders on Mac. Back to the Pictures > sync where it saw the newly named folders. Checked them as add to sync > sync'd - and no, they don't show up on the iPhone.

If the folders exist on the Mac, and the pictures within them still exist, I'm sorry I don't get why they 'aren't available'. If it comes to that, if I was to change the folder or pics, then the whole point of a sync would be to overwrite the older image, right? It's not as if I'm asking the system to sync something it can't 'see'.

And a brand-new folder with a photo once in another folder sync'd over without issue...

Sigh.
