iPad Pro Photos Hidden folder missing?

It's enabled but not showing up on my iPad (it does on my 12 PM phone). I tried toggling it in Settings but it still doesn't show (2018 12.9 Pro, 14.4.1). Anyone else see this?

It doesn’t show on my iPad either unless I have something hidden and then it shows as an option under “utilities” section between imports and recently deleted

lol - my bad, I didn't have anything hidden on the iPad. I hid one picture and then the folder showed as expected. Interestingly, though I don't have anything hidden on the phone, the folder still shows.
