iPhone Photos in IOS 13 not updating

This keeps happening to me. It just hangs here for a long time. Then all of a sudden at some random point in the future it will upload the picture/s in a flash.

I've tried closing the Photo's app (App switcher then swiping up) but it opens up right to the same spot.

This first happened on the first day I got the new iPhone 11 and continues on. Any ideas?

Are you on the latest OS 13.1.3? That fixed all the sync issues.

try turning off all syncing options in settings>Photos then restart your phone then turn them back on and give it some time to wait

it also helps if you are on WiFi with good signal strength

Unfortunately, that didn't fix it for me. My albums are still in a different order than on my iMac, as are some of the photos within some albums.

I didn’t even realize there was another update available. I just updated my phone and tried it. It seems like the sync issue isn’t happening now. I will keep testing tomorrow and report back.
