Photos Keyword Manager - Need Additional Shortcuts

I have been using "Keyword Manager" in Photos.

I have already used all shortcut letters...."A to Z" and numbers "1 thru 9".

I still want to create more shortcuts. How do I add more letters or numbers to create more shortcuts?
