iPhone Photos not compatible with all apps yet?

I been using some apps to edit pictures and I’ll get an error to load the picture and I’ll have to try multiple times or restart phone.
Seems some apps don’t know how to handle the way images are on the new iPhones

I may just be the developers needing update the apps. So far all the ones I use work fine, even with RAW files.

Hmm. I was using Snapseed and instagram and some pictures would upload with green blotches or not load in the app. But I can view it in the photos app.

My Instagram seems to be working fine. I don't use Snapseed. Still think the issue is needing an iOS 13 compatible update.

True. It’s sporadic on instagram. But I think it could just be a bug in the app.
