iPhone Photos not saving from Safari/Mail iOS13

Anyone else having this issue or am I looking in the wrong folder?

I save a photo from Safari or Mail app and it cannot be found in my Photos app.

Any helps or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m on the public beta.
