i can't seem to get iTunes and Photos to sync any photos to my iPhone.
in iTunes i select the albums i want synced and then click sync, it does its thing and then i check my iPhone for the specific albums and they do not sync, i double checked to see that the albums in fact had photos in them and they do.
same thing with my iPad mini 4, no photos sync to it.
i suspect it has something to do with that fact that i had turned on iCloud photos.
and i have turned them all off on my mac, iPhone and iPad.
