iPhone Photos or screenshots doesnt show

After taking a photo or screenshot they seem to dissapear after searching with with itools they are located .misc/incoming .How can i fix this i am on 9.3.1 ?
Edit:i fixed it by deleting whole dcim folder using ifilza
