iCloud Photos uploaded with iCloud tool for Windows don't show up on iPhone

Hi!

I'm switching from Google Photos to iCloud Photos. So I'm downloading all my photos to my PC and uploading them to iCloud with the iCloud tool for Windows.

All the photos are uploaded nicely, I can see them on icloud.com. But they don't show up on my iPhone.

Things I've checked;
- In Settings > iCloud > Photos; "iCloud Photos" is turned on.
- Enabled the Photostream-option after I've uploaded the photos.

Anyone an idea what I'm doing wrong, thanks in advance!
