Photos within iCloud

Previously, I used PhotoStream to share photos between devices (iPhone + iPad)
Currently, I have turned off iCloud for photos storage & just keep on individual phone's camera
How do I view what photos may still be out there & delete them from the cloud?

iCloud.com Photos app. Whatever photos are still in iCloud will show there.
