Photos won't sync

I'm using iPhoto to sync to my iPhone 5, and after a few months of working perfectly, not all the photos sync. I found a thread that gave instructions on clearing the iPod Photo Cache, which worked for a time, and now again not all my photos will sync. Only about 1/4 of them sync. There is no error message or anything, and iTunes seems to see all my photos, but they just won't all sync. Any ideas?
