I have a seperate album I made for my own wallpapers. Every time I sync them to my phone it puts them in the wallpaper album and in the photo library album.
Is there a way that I can have them sync to the album for wallpapers only and not put them in the photo library?

I don't think you can. Everything stays in the camera roll until you delete it. If you make a folder, you can copy it to that folder, but not move it. In fact, I don't even think you are copying it...you're just basically tagging it to a particular folder. There's still only one copy on your phone. So if you delete it from the Camera Roll, you also delete it from the other folders.

This is the biggest feature I hope to see changed in the new iOS. Drives me nuts.

Photos is a separate album from camera roll, and you can't delete anything from it. I guess it just piles all of the photos on your phone whether it be from camera roll or any other album into it.

There is no way to do what you are asking. Just know that there is only one copy of the image on your phone, so its not taking up additional space. Think of the wallpaper folder as a link to the photo library.
