Photosets X embeds the all-important Display P3 ICC (color) profile into the metadata of each photo that is captured in the Display P3 color space.

The Editor supports the tagging of up-to 5 Favorite photos per photoset ... the 5 are sent-out with the photoset's video when Shared or Exported.

The Video Story Maker supports crafting stories from up-to 30 photosets (1,350 photos total) ... think of it as a video with up-to 30 segments.

There are two sets of camera sliders, the first covers Zoom-In, Exposure Bias, White Point Temp & Tint, while the second covers our custom LiveColor Discovery / ARcolor feature (Vivids, Lights & Darks).

The app has been purpose built for Sports, Female Photo Modeling, and Dynamic Nature Scenes.

Today we are announcing that Photosets X will soon include support for Uploading content directly to our Photosets internet servers, for Sharing with other Users of Photosets ! ... specifically, you'll soon be able to Upload your Photoset Videos & their associated Favorite Photos (up-to five Favorite photos per photoset, picked by you), and assign the content to one of three categories:
i.) Sports Highlights,ii.) Female Photo Modeling, or iii.) Dynamic Nature Scenes.

After you've Uploaded your first content, you can then enable Notifications, which will inform you when new High-Quality content has been Uploaded, and is available for viewing ... three Notifications are supported, one for each category.

The initial purpose of all this is to Showcase what's possible with the Photosets X app, as well as to help expedite the educational efforts of our Photosets User Community.

You can think of it as Photosets' (Extended Color Space) Social Network, a First of It's Kind Motion Photography Social Network !

FYI, we're progressing extremely well with our Photosets Social Network ... so well in fact, that while we had been calling v1.8 a Watershed update, because of it's HIGH capture performance, v1.9 may actually get that label from others, as it represents something truly Unique & Innovative in the world of Social Networks ... we won't tip our hand much on this till it's out, but we will say that most will soon realize that we've Opened Up a Brand New Market Opportunity !

True Innovation comes from the Smallest of Companies, NOT from the Largest of Companies ... Apple now is really NO different than a Siemens or a Fujitsu ! ... which BTW, the Founder & CEO of this company spent a year at both (in Silicon Valley) ... Apple has the SIGNIFICANT advantage of weak competition in their primary market, however.

Also, at Midnight last night, we dropped the Price from $8 USD to ONLY $1 ... we're gonna walk the price back up to $8, $1 per day, starting later today (perhaps at Midnight).

Finally, we wanted to point out one of our primary goals for our Photosets Social Network ... specifically, to help our Users get their Photosets, Photoset Videos, & Favorite Photoset Photos OUT of the Apple ecosystem as efficiently as possible ! ... Apple's Stranglehold on App Discovery has taught us a very valuable lesson, and one in which we won't make the same mistake twice !

11 PM (San Diego-time) update for Wednesday, November 15th:

Things are progressing FAST ... we're now able to Transmit UN-compressed photosets around our R&D lab ! ... specifically, we've added a new camera feature that enables you to OPTIONALLY transmit recently-captured photoset content in UN-compressed form ! ... we have been prototyping this with our UN-released Photosets TV app running on an Apple TV, but we don't plan to go to market with it (i.e., the Photosets TV part of it) ... if there's one lesson that we've learned as App Developers, it's that Apple has a (complete) Stranglehold on App Discovery, and that there is NO benefit in releasing any subsequent Apple product !

So, we're now evaluating other, MUCH CHEAPER, set-top boxes ! ... Google & Amazon are at the top of our list.

Consider all this a slight tip of our hand on the Rollout of our Photosets Social Network ... we seriously doubt anyone will be able to figure-out what we're up to ! ... Steve Jobs (probably) could, but he had Rare Insight.

And for those of you who may be following us, once we get our Social Net up & running, we'll be half-way to a Unicorn ! ... Hey Tim, How do you like them Apples ?

12 Noon (San Diego-time) update for Thursday, November 16th:

We've had a Change of Heart, and have decided to Release v1.0 of our Photosets TV for Apple TV app after all ! ... it's main feature is the Playback of the UN-compressed photosets that it receives from Photosets X.

Regarding Photosets X, we've decided to limit the ability to Transmit UN-compressed photosets to Photosets TV to ONLY those Apple mobile devices with 3 GB or more of DRAM ... specifically, this new feature will ONLY become enabled if your Photosets X app is running on an iPhone or iPad with 3 GB or more of DRAM.

We intend to submit BOTH Photosets TV v1.0 AND Photosets X v1.9 to Apple App Review later today !

And, we intend to offer Photosets TV v1.0 for FREE !

While NOT our primary market, we believe there is a fair chance the combination of Photosets X AND Photosets TV will become "the hit" around your Christmas tree, especially if you have very young kids !

App used to just purely crash. Then it just says not enough RAM and won't function. Developer says that after ten hours of attemtping to replicate they couldn't. Meanwhile their main pic in the app store is of exactly what I'm complaining about.

Also, their app says how much ram you have free, but no matter how many times I check AFTER force quiting all apps, it says a different number every time.
