Photoshop CS cant see printers as well as...

Photoshop cs cant see printers from Admin, it sees it from root. same problem with Word X.
I've heard this problem is allaround but noone seems to have a solution.
anyone on this forum has any answer?

maybe try installing the drivers again while logged in as admin, not root.

not sure your exact problem, be more descriptive, but maybe you need to re-find them in the print utility while logged in as the admin user.

I take it back............hi, I'm having a nightmare again with my 10.2.8 -in paticular, WordX and Photoshop CS not seeing my printer (Canon i320) from Admin. they see from root and other users.
I did everything you could imagine,

1.reinstalling drivers new from Canon,
2.running printcentrerepair.app to repair permissions,
3.ran native disc repair as well as maintain1.app
4. deleted all caches and terminal prefs,

still nothing, is there a solution or I'm doomed??
